1. Mechanical part of electric cabinet lock

Main mechanical parts in the lock are composed of a hook and stopper.

Both parts are made of powder metallurgy copper infiltration process, blackened and oil-dipped, the hardness reaches HRC15-HRC25, the measured hardness is HRC23

Closing the door with an impact force of 100-150N, the powder metallurgy can reach more than 5000 times without breaking.

Closing the door with an impact force of 30-50N, the powder metallurgy can reach more than 200,000 times without breaking.
